A chilly Thursday with minimum temperatures settled at 3.4°C has just passed. This temperature happened to be the lowest night temperature so far in the season. Yet another day with the same wintry chill to grasp the whole of Delhi has come. The present temperature is four degrees below the normal temperature.
Chilly winds are again expected to make the sunny day uncomfortable. Mercury is expected to waver around 3°C for the next few days.
The chilly winds from the snow-clad Himalayas of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh have now reached the Northern Plains including Delhi-NCR.
Temperatures will soon get back to normal once the wind pattern changes from dry and cold winds to relatively warmer and humid southeaster.
