Abhijeet Bhattacharya returned on Twitter yesterday with a new unverified account named @singerabhijeet, a week after his old account was suspended over his controversial comment on posts. Within few hours his new account was also blocked too.
Abhijeet in a video which he posted on his new account by saying, “People are trying to supress my voice. I’m against all those people who all try to speak against the Indian Army and the nation. This is my new account for Twitter. All other accounts are fake and trying to slander my reputation.”
He also added in the end “बोलिए जय हिन्द, भारत माता की जय. वन्दे मातरम् and said I am back, we will together eliminate all those who will raise their voices against nation.”
He told ANI in an interview that is was very crucial for him to stay on twitter.
“Twitter earns its revenue through us. Only losers, left-minded, Maoists are baffled and have found a platform to spit venom. I will reveal such people and it is very important for me to stay on twitter."
On last Tuesday, Abhijeet’s Twitter account was removed over his comment targeting on a women, especially on activist Shehla Rashid and JNU students.
