Salman Khan’s Wanted Co-Star, Inder Kumar, Dies At 45

On Friday, The Actor best known for his role in films like Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi and Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye, Inder Kumar, died. He was 45. Inder Kumar suffered a heart attack at his residence in Andheri, Mumbai early on Friday morning. His last rites will be held at 4 pm today at the Yaari Road Shamshaan Bhoomi. Mr Kumar, a familiar face from both the big screen and small, was working on a new film titled Phati Paid Hai Yaar when he died.
Actress Raveena Tandon, his co-star from the early Akshay Kumar hit Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, tweeted:




Inder Kumar made his Bollywood debut in 1996 film Masoom, a remake of Marathi film Maza Chakula, playing the lead opposite actress Ayesha Jhulka. In more than 20 films the actor has worked, including 2009's Wanted and 2002's Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge, starring Salman Khan in the lead. Mr Kumar also starred in 2000's Baaghi and 2002's Hathyar with Sanjay Dutt, and in 2000's Gaja Gamini, directed by M F Husain and starring Madhuri Dixit. Last the actor Inder Kumar appeared in  movie titled Who Is The First Wife Of My Father, which is still waiting for a release.
On television, Inder Kumar played the role of Mihir Virani in Kyunki... Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. He took over the role from actor Amar Upadhyay and was later replaced by actor Ronit Roy. Inder Kumar also featured in Fear Files.

In 2014, Inder Kumar was arrested for alleged rape of a woman with whom he claimed to have had a consensual relationship. He was granted bail some months later.
