Pogba Goal Helps Manchester United To Reach In EFL Final

Hull City defeats Manchester United by 2-1 in the Semi - final second leg at KCOM stadium on Thursday, but United reach in EFL final.

Jose Mourinho team won the first leg by 2-0 against Hull City but yesterday United struggled to score more than one goal at the KCOM stadium.

Hull City midfielder Tom Huddlestone scored an opening goal in 36' min by penalty, but in 66' min United Midfielder Paul Pogba netted the equalizer goal from 10 yards.

Hull Forward Oumar Niasse scored a consolation goal in 85' min. In the earlier, Jose Mourinho made five changes in Manchester United squad, Juan Mata , Antonio Valencia , Maroune Fellaini , Daley Blind , Henrikh Mkhitaryan were not in playing eleven, while Michael Carrick , Marcus Rashford , Marcos Rojo , Matteo Darmian , Jesse Lingard were added in the Squad for the EFL cup Semi - final against Hull City.

United winger Anthony Martial has also been sidelined from the Squad since last two matches.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho said : " I just want to say congratulations to my players. It was a difficult road to be in the final and we are in the final. I don't want to say anything else. It is enough, I am calm, I behaved on the bench, no sending off, no punishment so no more words".

Manchester United will face Wigan Athletic in the FA cup on Sunday.
