Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from Karnataka found dead and the body was found by a road in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow in the early of this morning. Called it a ‘suspicious death’ by the Police. The man Anurag Tiwari joined the Civil Services in the year 2007 and today is Anurag Tiwari’s birthday. Anurag Tiwari was from the Bahraich which is about 130 km from Lucknow.
In the city Hazratganj area Anurag Tiwari’s body was found dead near the Meera Bai guest house, from the past two days Anurag Tiwari was staying there. The police said some people called them about a body lying by the road. The officer was identified by his I-card.
In January, IAS officer Anurag Tiwari joined the Food and Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department in Bengaluru as Commissioner. He went to Punjab as an Election Observer for the state polls.
As reporters said that Anurag Tiwari returned to Bengaluru and for a month worked before he was sent to the hill town Mussoorie for training for a month.
For a leave Anurag Tiwari has applied which was not sanctioned, reportedly.
