New Delhi: It is hard to feel energized early in the morning. We often feel tired and groggy. In short you don't feel refreshed, and thoughh it affects your day. So, in order to feel energized here are some of the points that could help you to feel refreshed in the morning.
1. Drink a glass full of water
Drink a glass full of water as soon as you open your eyes. After 8 hours of sleep with little or no water, your body gets dehydrated. Hence,Drinking water helps you to regain energy.
2. Open Your curtains
Dim light will make you feel sleepy and by opening curtains your body will get natural sunlight and though it will help you to wake up properly.
3. Eat a hearty breakfast
Eat healthy food that will fill your stomach fully, and full stomach will help you to feel energized.
