. Breathing Meditation
This is the only technique that is used to calm your mind and reduce distractions
This works the best if you find it hard focusing. Light a candle and stare at it.
Repeating chants will give you peace.
. Guided meditation-
There are sources that will help you to meditate via music. Just google it and you'll find many resources
Paying attention to each off your feelings while walking is the best meditation to explore yourself. Focus on your every feeling, the feeling of your breath, the sensations of air or wind on your skin, what you can hear, and what you can see.
Mindfulness is all about realizing what is happening around you, including what is arising and passing. This includes every single thing that is going around.
Experiment different techniques of meditation and find the best in you.
