It is important to learn and practice yoga postures and perform necessarily not daily but twice a week.
Here are some poses that you can try out for daily practice for few minutes towards a peaceful day, the names of the poses are Serpent pose, Backside leg raising, Leg straightening, Knee Squeezing, Forward bending, Cow face posture and Side plank.
