Here are some tips that will help you to keep yourself hydrated
1. Keep drinking water
Always carry a water bottle whenever you go for work out. Keep taking small sips frequently. For those who work out for one hour or less, it is good to drink water in between.
2. No consumption of Caffeine
Cut down on tea, coffee and processed food. They dehydrate your body and lower the water content and must be avoided if you are into fitness. Pick a water bottle or juice or any energy drink instead of tea or coffee
3. Drink some coconut water.
Coconut water covers up you with all nutrient where water fails. This is a smart option for refreshments for fitne freaks.

4. Keep having seasonal food
Seasonal food is essential in summers. Fruit with high water content like muskmelon, watermelon helps you to stay hydrated.
