Delhi Daredevils [DD] produced a clinical bowling act to demolished Rising Pune Supergiant by seven runs and incision the visiting side's chances of a Play-off berth in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Friday. Electing to bat, the home side put up 168 for 8 on the back of opener Karun Nair's 64 off 45 balls and young Rishabh Pant's 36 off 22 deliveries and defended the total by restricting the visitors to 161 for 7 at the Feroz shah Kotla. Chasing 169 for a win, the tourists were set up well by skipper Steven Smith (38), Manoj Tiwary (60) and Ben Stokes (33) but in the end they fell short by seven runs.
