IPL 2017: Chris Lynn Possible To Miss Rest Of IPL, Says Coach Jack Kallis

Indian Premier League 2017 [season-10] orange cap holder and Kolkata Knight Riders hard-hiting batsman Chris Lynn is likely to miss rest of the tournament after sustaining an injury to his left shoulder during his team’s game versus Mumbai Indians.

Kolkata Knight Rider Coach Jacques Kallis revealed that the Brisbane Heat batsman will need a big period of rest and it can force him to miss remainder of the tournament. In his column for Times of India, he wrote, “We are awaiting the results of the scans to Chris Lynn's shoulder which he dislocated on the field. It is a notoriously difficult area of the body to heal, so these are nervous times.

“He will undoubtedly need a substantial period of rest, and may even miss the rest of the tournament, which would be desperately disappointing for him and our fans after seeing what he is capable of doing during the first two games.”
