Indian Seamer Jhulan Goswami Becomes The Highest-Ever Wicket Taker In Women’s ODI Cricket

India fast bowler Jhulan Goswami has become the highest wicket taker in women’s ODI cricket after her returns of 3/20 versus South Africa during India’s 2nd One Day International of the ongoing quadrangular series in Potchefstroom.

Goswami now has 181 wickets from 153 games and has beat Australia’s Cathryn Fitzpatrick, who was the previous holder of the record with 180 wickets.

The 34-year-old pace bowler is regarded as one of the fastest bowlers of all time in women’s cricket has she has been playing International cricket for over 15 years, having made her One Day International debut in January 2002 versus England Women in Lucknow.
