New Delhi: In a statement, Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami said that schools were advised to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) due to reopening of schools. As per precautions only 25 students will be allowed per class. State government has also decided to make hostel facilities available for students.

The Chief Minister also declared that all students will be given Vitamin and Zinc tablets to boost up their immunity system.

According to the SOP, all students and teachers will have to wear covered masks compulsorily in the school. Moreover, hand sanitizers will be also provided by the Health Department to all government schools.
