Sushant's Face Revealed, He Was Innocent & Sober & A Good Human Being, Observes Bombay HC
Bombay high court praised SSR, said that one could make out from the actor's face that he was a kind & a good human being.
Kind Remarks Were Made By Justices S S Shinde And M S Karnik
New Delhi: The Bombay High Court Judge on Thursday highly praised late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's hard work in the film MS Dhoni and also mentioned that one could make out from the actor's face that he was a good human being.
The kind words were made by Justices S S Shinde and M S Karnik while reserving verdict on a petition filed by SSR sisters. "Whatever the case from Sushant Singh Rajput's face one could make out that he was innocent and sober and a good human being," Justice Shinde remarked.
The FIR was lodged against Priyanka Singh, Meetu Singh and doctor Tarun Kumar of Delhi's Ram Manohar Lohia hospital by the suburban Bandra police on September 7, based on a complaint by SSR girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Rhea Chakraborty alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was taking anti-depressant medication. Saying that she claimed that his sisters had taken prescription for the drugs from the Delhi doctor, and had advised SSR to take them.
Sushant's family lawyer, Vikas Singh said that the medicines could have been referred to by doctors through telemedicine as per the ICMR telemedicine guidelines. He added that due to the coronavirus pandemic, Sushant could not go for physical consultations and hence, the online prescription.
Sushant Singh Rajput aged 34, was found dead in his residence in mumbai on June 14, 2020.
