New Delhi: On Sunday PM Modi will address the nation through "Mann Ki Baat" on Sunday. This will be the 67th edition of the "Mann ki Baat" program.
Recently PM Modi had tweeted and sought his view from the people for discussion in this program. Amid the pandemic, this is the fifth "Mann Ki Baat" program of PM Modi and he will address the nation at 11 am today
In a recent tweet, he wrote, "I am sure you would be aware of inspiring anecdotes of how collective efforts have brought about positive changes. You would surely know of initiatives that have transformed many lives.

Also, 26 July is celebrated as the Kargil Vijay Diwas which is marked to tribute the heroes who lost their lives in the Kargil yudh to win victory over Pakistan.
Kargil war, named as 'Operation Vijay' by India was a war against the neighboring nation Pakistan after it illegally occupied regions of Kargil, Jammu, and Kashmir in the year 1999. After fighting for over 60 days and nights, India was successful in regaining its outposts in Kargil on 26 July 1999.
The victory was achieved but at the cost of the lives of hundreds of soldiers. Since the day, every year, 26th July is marked as Kargil Vijay Diwas.
This year we will be observing the 21st anniversary of the successful 'Operation Vijay'. The day will be devoted to remembering the courageous souls, brave hearts, and dedicated lives of soldiers who participated in the operation successfully regained the control and earned the victory for the nation.
Earlier PM Modi had addressed the nation on June 28 through the "Mann Ki Baat" edition. In the last edition, PM Modi has mentioned the Chinese intrusion, coronavirus lockdown,unlock-1."Those who have raised their eyes towards India have received a befitting reply. If India knows how to maintain the friendship, then it knows how to give proper answers by putting eye to eye.
