Later said, Rahul Gandhi has sought the left’s support for an amendment that the Jairam Ramesh, Congress will follow on Thursday when 4 Good and Service Tax Bills or GST are voted on Rajya Sabha.

For Rajya Sabha and Congress can, Government is in a priority with the help of opposition parties, can get the amendment passed by the house. The change accepted by Rajya Sabha will not be indissoluble by Lok Sabha as it is a Money Bill. The Lok Sabha can choose to accept or reject the change.

Government will be in dilemma if Rajya Sabha accepting the amendments, like the one suffered last week. When the Finance bill was returned by Upper House with amendments for the very first time. Then amendment was quickly took down by the Lok Sabha.

Opposite parties have implicated the government of undermining the Rajya Sabha by moving Legislation as Money Bills.

‘They hoped the Congress amendment will be approved by the Rajya Sabha, if they will then it will be rejected within 24 hours in the Lok Sabha. Lok Sabha has already Cleared 4 bills, Last week the Government has a big Majority,’ Said by the source from government.

The bill should mandate parliamentary acceptance of the recommendations of the GST council, which is made by Arun Jaitely who is a state Finance Minister and is headed by Union Finance Minister.

The leader from congress has argued that Government cannot have solve Discretion to issue an executive notification to accept recommendations of the council.

It is described as a move to Sabotage GST by a Senior Minister, he said it was not practical to have parliament and to pass GST council recommendations in every state.

Government wants parliament acceptance in the Budget Session to meet in July deadline to launch GST, it is a unified tax that will subsume all indirect tax.
