Arvind Kejriwal claimed that EVM can be functioned to give the wanted result and our party can prove this. The Chief Minister of Delhi during a conference held today alleged "dangerous" tampering of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) with the use of sophisticated software. "We urge the Election Commission to reveal the EVM software to the country," the Aam Aadmi Party chief said.
This came after a demonstration reported in Madhya Pradesh where EVM was only voting to a particular party, irrespective to whom vote were given. Many opposition party claimed about the tampering of such machines and he alleged that AAP can prove this that machines are tempered.
Various measures are being taken to investigate this matter. And AAP is the first position to probe and demand the real facts.
Mr Kejriwal stated that around 300 machines were sent for the Madhya Pradesh at the time of by-elections from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh, the state where elections were held recently. "Technically, EVMs can't be used or shifted 45 days from poll results. So what was the Election Commission's compulsion?”. He said since the UP results were declared on March 11, EVMs couldn't have been removed tillApril 26.
