Sushant Singh Rajput's Father Said "Told Mumbai Cops He Was In Danger"
"On February 25, I informed Bandra Police the life of my son was in danger. He died June 14 and I asked them to act against people in my complaint. No action was taken even 40 days after. So I filed FIR in Patna and Patna Police swung into action," Sushant Singh Rajput's father said in the video.

Sushant Singh Rajput's Father Said "Told Mumbai Cops He Was In Danger"
New Delhi: Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's father has come forward to claim that he had approached Maharashtra police in February to warn them his son was in danger. The actor's father KK Singh alleged that Mumbai cops had refused to act, which forced him to seek help from Bihar police.
The Mumbai police, in their revert, had said that no written complaint had been filed with the concerned police station on the date mentioned by Mr Singh.
"On February 25, I informed Bandra Police the life of my son was in danger. He died June 14 and I asked them to act against people in my complaint. No action was taken even 40 days after. So I filed FIR in Patna and Patna Police swung into action," Sushant Singh Rajput's father said in the video.
"But the accused is running away. Patna Police should be given help," he said, adding, "I thank Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and colleague, Sanjay Jha, who gave support to the truth in this hour of grief".
"Today KK Singh, father of late Sushant Singh Rajput, released a statement saying the family made a written complaint to Bandra Police on February 25. It must be clarified that no such complaint has been addressed to Bandra Police on that date," Shahji Umap, Deputy Commissioner (Operations), said.
"However, one OP Singh (IPS), brother-in-law of late Sushant Singh Rajput, sent WhatsApp messages to the then DCP Zone 9 regarding this matter. The then DCP Zone 9 called OP Singh and requested a written complaint (which) is mandatory for any action. Singh wanted this to be resolved informally to which the then DCP Zone 9 clearly told him it was not possible," the Mumbai Police said.
The actor, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his house in Mumbai, after committing suicide. The late actor's father, had accused Rhea Chakraborty OF illegally transferring Rs 15 crore from his son's Mumbai bank account and mentally harassed him.

In order to further investigate the claims, a team of Bihar Police had gone to Mumbai. The Bihar cops, however, had found themselves in a turf war.
Param Bir Singh, the Mumbai Police chief had informed the reporters that till now they had find no evidence to support claims that Ms Chakraborty had illegally transferred money from the actor's account.
The police chief had further went on to state that the actor's father had also not mentioned suspicions about Ms Chakraborty or their son's finances in statements given on June 16, two days after the actor's death.
However on the other hand, Bihar Police state that they will continue to investigate and follow the money trail. They also said that they will also look into Sushant's former manager, Disha Salian, who died six days before him.
The Bihar cops, even after getting significant lead might not retain the case, since the alleged crime would have taken place in Maharashtra.
The actor under accusation, Rhea Chakraborty has moved a plea in the Supreme Court to transfer the case against her from Patna to Mumbai, broke her silence on Friday and described allegations against her as "horrible". The actress in her video statement had said that let the "truth will prevail".
