Dharma Production CEO Apoorva Mehta was called by the police on Tuesday to record his statement regarding the investigation of the Sushant Singh Rajput case.

New Delhi: Bollywood's late actor Sushant Singh Rajput case investigation has lately been the talk of the town. Many Bollywood celebrities have been interrogated in the case by Mumbai Police till date. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Rhea Chakraborty, Ankita Lokhande, Ekta Kapoor and so many more have been called by the police to give their statements regarding the case.
Recently a report was revealed that Dharma Production CEO Apoorva Mehta has been called by the police to record his statement at the Amboli police station, Mumbai. He has also submitted a copy of the film contract Drive which had with late Sushant Singh Rajput.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Drive was Sushant's last release before he died by suicide on June 14th. Sushant Singh Rajput passed away by committing suicide. He was being treated for clinical depression.
The Mumbai Police is currently investigating the case and has questioned at least 38 people.
Sushant's fans have been appealing for a CBI probe on social media. His sister, Shweta Singh Kirti has also appealed for CBI inquiry.
Sushant Singh Rajput's last movie Dil Bechara was released on the 24th of July on Disney Plus Hotstar. The movie also featured Sanjana Sanghi opposite Sushant.
