Bad Boy Poster: Salman Khan Unviels Poster Of Mithun Chakraborty's Son, Namashi's Debut Movie

NEW DELHI: Salman Khan on Saturday took to his official handle on twitter to share the first poster of the movie, 'Bad Boy' which stars Mithun Chakraborty's son Namashi Chakroborty with Amrin Qureshi.

Being the first debut Bollywood movie of the newbie actor, Salman in his tweet wished all the best and appreciated the poster by saying, "All d vry best Namashi for #BadBoy. Poster lajawaab!".

The movie is being directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, while being jointly produced by Sajid Qureshi, Dhaval Jayantilal Gada and Aksshay Jayantilal Gada.

The first official poster of the movie shows Namashi and Amrin looking into the camera while they pose with flaming hues of orange and yellow in the colourful poster.

Namashi also took to social media to share the poster and he accompanied it with the caption, "And Here It Is...The First Poster of my DEBUT FILM #BADBOY @badboy_film! Launched by none other than @beingsalmankhan! LOVE YOU BHAI! @amrinqureshi99 @isajidqureshi @inboxpictures @realhimesh #rajkumarsantoshi".

Hindustan Times have qouted the director of the movie saying in a statement that, "Just like the poster, the story of Bad Boy is engaging and appealing. Drama, music, action, romance, these elements are the core of the film. Commercial cinema is one of the genres which audience enjoys and loves the most. We present to you our first poster featuring the lead star cast of the film Namashi Chakraborty and Amrin Qureshi."

On the other hand, Namashi too is exited about the 'dream come true' movie and said in the statement, "Bad Boy is a dream come true for me. To be launched in an out and out commercial film, with the guidance of Sajid bhai and Raj ji, was an honour. I enjoyed every second of filming this lovely film."

On the other hand, Sajid Qureshi also expressed his confidence in the movie and said, "It will be one of the most massy entertainers of 2020 with the right amount of romance, comedy, action, music and drama. After all it's a Rajkumar Santoshi film, I am confident about his work, it's top notch."

Amrin is the daughter of the film's producer Sajid Qureshi. She says about the film that Bad Boy is everything that she could have asked for. It's a "dream movie filled with entertainment and everything nice. Each and every moment was magic on set and I cannot wait for everyone to see it."

Bad Boy is currently under production which will be resumed post-lockdown after the restrictions on film productions are lifted. The film is expected to hit the theatres in 2020 itself.
