New Delhi: The difference between the 90s era and now seems to be the difference of a century. The 90s era was golden with cute cartoons, emotional daily soaps, and awesome movies. When we talk about the 90s, all of us have a different memory that hits us hard. Some of us may miss the classy advertisements or others may remember the hit 90s songs.

2) Sunit Tandon
All parents want their kids to master the English language. Now, we have thousands of coaching centers for that. But, in the 1990s, our teacher was Mr. Sunit Tandon. Associated with Doordarshan till 2007, all Indian households were impressed by his perfect English and pronunciation.
3) Avinash Kaur Sarin
Renowned for her documentaries on Asian Culture, this lady won all hearts. She joined Doordarshan as a presenter but her hard work and talent helped her become the main newscaster of the channel. This picture of her in a 'laal bindi' will surely bring back the old memories.
4) Vinod Dua
His connection with Doordarshan began in 1975 when he hosted 'Yuva Manch'. This was a program designed for the youngsters of the 1990s. However, Dua sir became popular after hosting an election analysis program with Dr. Pranay Roy. A very renowned news presenter in every Indian household, he still has an active presence in today's media and journalism.

We'll she's the one. A renowned news reader associated with Doordarshan from 1985 to 2001, she is the daughter of an Indian Air Force Officer. Born in Kerala, her accent and way of news presentation were loved by all in that era.

When we talk about Hindi diction, this is the name that comes in our mind. A super talented woman who is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College and Jamia Millia Islamia, she was an amazing newsreader and definitely a reason for the 90s girls and boys to watch the news. Veteran Anchor Neelam Sharma Passed away last year.
