A private Airlines supported Mr. Gaikwad in blacklisting the National carrier. Air India said this morning that, cancelled the tickets booked by Mr. Ravindra Gaikwad for later this month. A cabin crew union stated that they would not accommodate him till he apologises for the assault.
Mr. Gaikwad came in the parliament and gave his version of 23rd march event that happened to ban Mr. Ravindra Gaikwad in Air India and other Airlines. In Lok Sabha Mr. Ravindra Gaikwad offered and apology but it was not for the employee Mr. Gaikwad had beaten.
In the news agency ANI, a spokesperson was quoted by saying that the Airlines has eliminate the Parliamentarian’s Delhi to Mumbai and Mumbai to Delhi tickets of 17th and 24h April.
Mr. Ravindra Gaikwad wrote a letter to Civil Aviation minister Ashok Gajapathi later in the day and alleged the restriction on flying is preventing the ‘Effective discharge of my duties and responsibilities’
