BPL: Arsenal Poor Form Continues

Sam Allardyce side Crystal Palace continued their recent revival to boost their English Premier League survival hopes and leave Arsene Wenger side Arsenal struggling to maintain their run of top-four finishes.

The Eagles led through midfielder Andros Townsend's close-range finish, doubling their lead when the France International Yohan Cabaye's shot looped in.

Serbian midfielder  Luka Milivojevic clinched win with a firm, low penalty as Crystal Palace moved six points clear of the relegation zone.

The Gunners did not manage a shot on target in a poor second half.

Some travelling Arsenal fans again called for coach Wenger, who has led sixth-placed Arsenal to top-four finishes in each of his previous 20 seasons at the helm, to leave the club.

The Gunners  are seven points afloat of fourth-placed Pep Gaurdiola’s Manchester City with eight matches remaining.
